3. Gym done is a Master Personal Trainer for full body workouts.The personal trainer in a pocket for every gymaholic.

4. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

5. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

6. You can get unlimited access to all workouts monthly USD$10.00 for 3 months or monthly USD$5.00 for yearly subscriptions.

7. Available photos and videos of each exercise together with the detailed descriptions, explanations, helping instructions ensure that the application is easy-to-use and set.

8. The user can search by muscle group, equipment type or keyword.

    The exercises are all very simple and require little setup. If you don't know the correct form, there are short explanation videos. I can do each of them, even when I'm having an off-day, but it's also fun to challenge myself and do more repetitions or add weights when I'm feeling strong. You can also blast music behind the instructions for motivation.

    It's the best workout app for me so far! This app is very much effective and very good. I started it in this week and the results were shocking. I did the leg and abs workout and my leg which was before a lul leg became a little bit strong leg. My personal tip: always check with instructions, make sure you know the techniques and keep focus on good movements and breath.

    I’m over the top happy with this app. It has a host of prepared workouts that walk a new user from frumpy to fit in about 3 months. There’s also targeted workouts to go after specific body areas or meet certain fitness goals. The workout sets are guided, with demo videos and a rest timer between exercises.

    Glad they did the updates. It’s easy to use, and the exercise plan is surprisingly effective for such a small time investment each day. I notice more cardiovascular endurance, stronger muscles, and more overall energy. Plus my appetite is coming under better control, I’m finding more motivation to get/stay fit, and I’m sleeping better.
