This is my first time ever writing a review. I’m a longtime user of this app and I have recommended it to many friends. It has worked perfectly for many months. Until.... lately I have barely been able to use the app without it asking me to try the 7-day free trial for the “pro version”. So, I decided I would try it. I liked it, but ultimately decided that the free version worked perfectly fine for me. I went to cancel the trial, and found that I had been charged almost $25 for an entire year of usage. I sent an email to the company and hear nothing back. 3 emails later and still nothing. Then, the app freaked out and said I had lost 500 followers when I had obviously not, (this occasionally occurs, but is easily remedied by simply logging out and logging back in). Once I had logged back in, I found that I no longer even had access to the “pro” features I didn’t even want to pay for in the first place! I sent yet another email and the company finally responded with a poorly written generic email telling me how to access the pro features. As a college student, I’m not looking to waste $25 on something I won’t even use!! I loved this app but it’s quickly turning into a nightmare. I would sadly not recommend just based off of the poor customer service. I am honestly writing this in hopes that it will catch their attention and I can get my money back. Please help me!!

I got the app hoping to be able to get a better view of my analytics. I took the free trial, and I liked it so much that I purchased the 1 year subscription. It worked fine, but then, after a few days, I added 2 other accounts, since that was a feature offered. They were my other accounts. I tried to login to my main account on the app, and it never let me. I tried a few more times, and it still didn’t work. I decided to just delete the app and reinstall, because I thought that it wouldn’t affect my subscription. So, I reinstalled, and I logged in with the same main account that I used to purchase my year subscription, but it still doesn’t work. Now, it’s asking me to purchase another subscription, but I was already charged for a whole year. I’ve only had the app for about a week, so it would be nice if you could refund my purchase. I wanted to email, but I didn’t see any other way to contact you guys. Thank you, and please get back to me as soon as you can.

I actually really liked this app, very user friendly was *somewhat accurate... (my reason for 3 stars) but it has a few bugs and some things made me suspicious that someone else might be accessing my account. I don’t have any proof, but there were enough red flags for me to change my password and delete the app. Friends profiles would suddenly disappear and random people I’ve never talked to started blocking me? I rarely like or comment, so that doesn’t make any sense... I’m also not obnoxious about stories and don’t post excessively. Super weird. Made me think that maybe someone is using my account for spam? Again, no proof. I really only wanted this to prevent the constant “follow to get a follow and then unfollow” problem that has been going on since Instagram started. Would appreciate an app like this that is big on privacy... I’d feel much better about using it.

This app has every metric covered to perfection. Apart from standard stats, you get so much more with this app. For example you get your best followers and even secret admirers. Maybe I will find a person who has a crush on me ;-) I did not even know that you can see so much stuff regarding your Instagram followers and Instagram likes. You can even check stuff like deleted Instagram likes and deleted Instagram comments. If you are interested in an app with loads of Instagram stats then this is an app for you. You won't regret having it for sure. It is also safe because they always use secure connections. You cannot get your account in trouble since the app uses secure connection at all times.
