Useless if ticket booked elsewhere

Forget using this app if you booked somewhere else other this app’ website. Unlike other Skytrax 5 star and 4 star airlines such as ANA, Cathay, EVA, JAL, Air Canada even US airlines, you cannot retrieve your itinerary even if they are the issuing airline. That means you still have to call their reservation number to manage your itinerary which defeats the purpose of having the app in the first place. Might as well delete the app. Makes me wonder why they got rated 4 stars by Skytrax.

Forget this app... useless!!!

I booked my ticket back in Feb 2019 in the US. When I tried to search for my booking, it cannot find it. Even my travel agent tried and she couldn’t find the booking either. And with the recent update, you can’t add/search for your bookings before March even if return flight to US is still open/pending. No point in using this app; your data migration plan is totally inadequate.

When i check my flight the origin place will always be in the philippines and if I do the flight number it doesn't work either. Very frustrating apps... i hope guys you can find the right guy to make this apps work for your passengers. I know theres a lot of knowledgeable Filipino there who are not lazy to make it and design it to make your business going.

Unusable

Downloaded the app, tried to navigate thru it, and then deleted it, it is very frustrating to use, it is lacking in all aspects. Seriously , it should be removed and completely revamped to work properly before being offered as a travel app. I fly PAL all the time and if they ever get a user friendly app, I’ll download it again.
