Install Speak for Amazon Alexa app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Speak on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Speak"
The search will reveal the Speak for Amazon Alexa app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Speak is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Speak.
Now enjoy Speak on PC.

Works for me on Mac OS Catalina. Although it doesn't support music or other streaming playback (fully disclosed by the developer), it answers most of the usual Alexa questions like "What's the weather?"; "What's the temperature?"; "What's the price of bitcoin?"; "How far is Paris from Mexico City?"; "Tell me a joke"; and zillions of other Alexa inquiries. The app lives in the menubar; click the microphone, click "this app" and ask your question, then then click "Stop" and listen to the answer. Inexpensive (a fraction of the cost of a device) and works reliably.

Originally I installed the app on Retina MacBook Pro running latest version of High Sierra. The icon appeared in the menu bar but would crash every time I tried to use it. Within less than 24 hours the developer updated the app and responded to my review. It works fine now. Thanks for the response!
Basic Functionality

It’s not ALexa like you know through your Echo Dot. But it has most of her basic commands and responses. Im looking forward to hopefully having a fully operational Alexa on my Mac. Siri on my mac doesn’t even tell me the weather outloud like Alexa Does. As a paid customers, I am pleased to have her on my mac, would love to see a full version though, its hard taking your dot everywhere you go lol.. when i ask alexa “What are your deals” she shuts off
