Stuck in the Service Agreement

Totally useless. Initially opens to the service agreement, but doesn’t scroll down. Presumably, I should scroll down to a button that says “agree” upon which I can use the app. No such luck. I’m no software engineer but it strikes me as pretty reasonable to expect such a simple feature would be pretty seamless.
