Best Match 3 available right now

After losing the best Match 3 game to date, Val Gor, due to upgrading system, I tried some of the others available, and none came close to Val Gor. Every Match 3 Jewel game is a disaster, too overstimulating instead of creative illustrations of objects. They depend on gimmicks, hyped cartoonish graphics , and noise. this app is well illustrated, good development of difficulty and very engaging. I could have done without the background story, totally unnecessary and gets in the way. I hope this developer builds on the format of this one, and gets more creative as the game difficulty advances . I give all the other jewel games one star, and this one gets 4. Fingers crossed for the next one.

Unlocking doesn’t remove ads

Fun game, but I was quite disappointed to learn that unlocking the full game doesn’t get rid of the ad for Big Fish Games. That ad shows periodically when I return to the game from doing something else, not just when I first start the game and it wasn’t in memory. It’s a minor annoyance.
I like the untimed mode, and the hint system recharges quickly. Some of the levels get tedious but the various power ups help nicely.
I also didn’t like the fact that I had to purchase it all over again. The this app I had purchased on iOS several years ago doesn’t work with iOS 11+, so if I wanted to replay it I had to get the new version which is considered a separate game.

Interesting game and fun to play.

Watch out for the bug in the program. Periodically (and in the middle of match-3 play) the screen would freeze and go blank. The music was still going so I knew the game was still in control but I could see nothing. If my touch did anything, I couldn’t say or see. I had to press the bottom button on the phone and then select the game to refetch the image so I could resume play as if nothing happened. This occurred a few times each match-3 game. Very disruptive and annoying. Otherwise the combination of plot and match-3 play was a lot of fun.

I love playing this game keeps me involved for hours. I wish they were more games like this one. I hate the games that want money from you continuously with this; you don’t.
Don’t have any problems with the game it works fine with me and I enjoy playing. Please create more games like this everyone is not a young gamer. Thank you
