  • Needs a lot of work

    By fire1962 (Pcmac user)

Tried it... major connection issues. When I do connect via Bluetooth and try tv connectivity; I have to open my battery compartment on each ear, close the app and then boot my hearing aids back up just to turn off the connection. Off then on, volume issues etc... I’ll continue using the old app - don’t understand why developers push new apps out until they’ve been fully field tested.
  • Terrible app

    By Felixsonglen (Pcmac user)

Not good. Always disconnects and has to be re-paired. Only works when wi-Wi is off. Causes phone to only work on speaker mode. Has to be turned off and back on. the app had better fix or customers will go elsewhere. I know I’ll look around when ready to purchase next time

  • This app needs more time in beta teating

    By tex713214 (Pcmac user)

This app is full of glitches. It seems to constantly lose the Bluetooth connection. My hearing aids are set to adjust right and left volume independently. However, the app's volume controls only showed left/right control once, then one single volume control thereafter. The balance, per my audiologist's conversation with the app tech support, is the new Bass/Treble adjustment. However, the slider does nothing at all. I switched back to MyControl. This app is a huge step backwards.
