Didn’t record the 17 min call just 5min

Hi, I’m disappointed with this app, I downloaded because of an emergency, and it only recorded 5 min of a 17 min the app the last 12 min were the most important ones and this App failed me. . Update: ** I was told by the developer representative , that my situation was more likely a carrier issue , were the line was disconnected by my carrier as sometimes they have problems with conference calling (conference calling it’s required to record calls on an iPhone ) . Probably it’s what happened in my case as I have read all the reviews and I don’t fine anything similar or that this issue happens very often..

The recorder did not work on my phone and I was charged for the service. I contacted the company however they said they could not refund the cost and or cancel my account.

I’m so mad. I downloaded the app and subscribed for 1 month. I had an important the app I wanted to record. The the app lasted 1:22 mins. The stupid app only recorders 4 mins and 36 seconds. Obviously not a reliable app. Worthless!!!!!
