✔ Pros:

- The app does not track the location of buses or trains to provide real-time updates on delays or traffic.
- The opening graphic is too long and becomes an obstacle for daily use.
- The "do you mean" feature is a waste of time and can be removed.
- The app's time and service maintenance information is inaccurate.
- The app's functionality is not intuitive and the map is slow.
- The design is poor and the opening animation is horrendous.

It’s got its ups and down

I use it daily. the app opening graphic needs to be no longer than a second. It’s cute the app first time you see it but... it gets old fast and quickly becomes an obstacle. There are many areas where the app app can improve, like letting us know certain transfers are not free like riding the app F in from Manhattan and switching to the app G. No free Xfer!!!! Also there are many connections that are not mentioned like taking the app F to A to the app G because you have to leave the app station to go the app opposite direction. the app app will route you back one stop for NON-Free transfer and adds time to my commute.
It’s a great first version and I hope it improves. First things first get rid of the app cute opening graphic.

Need to cut out the extra steps

I want to open the app takes few secs for the app app to play its opening graphics which is a waste of time. No point in having it unless it covers the app loading portion. After typing what bus you want to check it asks if you mean that exact bus then it shows the app results. No point in showing what I mean and results they perform the app safe objective. Perform it together or cut the app “do you mean” part. Waste of time that can be taken out. Optimize if for quick view so that we can use it more frequently.

Absolute garbage

An app that is absolute garbage. Like literally. 3rd Grader these days could have done a better job. the app time is inaccurate, service maintenance info is inaccurate, app functionality is not at all intuitive, the app map is slow slow slow. I mean come on, the app app operation is even slower than something like grubhub or generic 3rd party NYC based all. the app design is also terrible, and why did you all put that horrendous animation upon the app start of the app app? This app needs so much work to the app point that it is going to be easier to re-write the app app.

It’s not bad, just slightly disappointing

the app only reason I downloaded this was for the app ease of access, like if I wanted to go somewhere or plan a trip I’d be able to input where I wanted to go and it was my assumption that the app app would be able to track where your bus/train was and tell you of delays or traffic but it didn’t. So yea🤷♂️, tbh google maps is better
