Install Show Laser app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Show Laser on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Show Laser"
- The search will reveal the Show Laser app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Show Laser is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Show Laser.
- Now enjoy Show Laser on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Show Laser Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Show Laser,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Show Laser" » then Click "Install".
- Show Laser will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Out of date graphics/poor font/$200

The previous review asked for adding typing to preprogrammed sets. I agree.
My main complaint is the out of date graphics. They appear to be the graphic quality of a decade ago (when I had a similar laser). Also the font is fixed (hand drawn?) and lower case is not very legible. Finally, graphics longer than 7 or 8 letters have a slow refresh; flicker. 3 stars hoping there can be a software update.

This is overall a pretty good unit. I really love the variety of images depicted in each of the available themes. I also appreciate the built in speaker. It is super easy to use. I would give it 5 (how about 6!) stars with a couple of improvements
#1 - Currently, NO musical theme plays when you enter a text. Music theme should be a separate choice on the App interface.
#2 - When entering text, allow user to choose EITHER to play it by itself, or allow it to be incorporated into one of the pre-programmed themes.
If the unit could incorporate those two things, I’d have no choice but to recommend this to everyone I know!
