Can’t even sign up

Can’t get the OTP to be sent to my iPhone when I filled up the form for signing up. Very disappointing. Wasted 25 min of my time. In addition, the date of birth selection box is buggy. Very difficult o choose a date or month or year. Keeps jumping back to default. And password needs to be be 8 characters alpha numeric which is not revealed until you click submit. My rating is minus 5 stars.

Problems 1. The money in the reward card does not allow one to purchase E-voucher 2. The choice of e-voucher to be purchase is not aligned to what have chosen 3. Upon scanning the QR code for payment, it always mixed up with available voucher in wallet. Could the developers learn something from Starbucks App?
