Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Dropped"
The search will reveal the Dropped: Drag & Drop Clipboard app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Dropped is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Dropped.

I wasn’t sure what my workflow for this app would be, but creating a presentation for a class I was teaching about music proved that this would be an extremely useful app. I was able to create my basic overview of the presentation and then go search for all of the extra content I wanted on the internet, drop it into this app and then have access to it when finalizing what I wanted the presentation to look like. It is a great visual clipboard.
Great app, but lacking 1 important feature..

The app truly is amazing if you want something to put in slide over, drag a bunch of items into, and then organize into others later! The only thing I see missing is having the app in the “share” menu for apps that don’t support drag and drop...hopefully something that can be incorporated soon, would take this over the top, and a true must have!
The missing link

That’s the missing link between files and your apps. Just drop your files into this app. You can collect as many as you want and than push them into the app you want. The author is very responsive. 👍👍👍
