Install Cat® Technician app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Cat on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Cat"
The search will reveal the Cat® Technician app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Cat is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Cat.
Now enjoy Cat on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Cat,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Cat" » then Click "Install".
- Cat® Technician will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I have watched the videos and somehow been able to get it to work for a little while then it boots me. I have asked the dealer to get a ticket to the tech group to get this app to the customer. It is the BEST thing ever I have seen. The interface was easy to navigate through. It made seeing parts and trouble shooting great. Please let us try it. We would like to see more. And integrate it into our training and daily routine.

Hey There, I have a this app Sis account and I got this app and logged into it and it did not show anything and went back to login. Can you please fix the issue with the app because if this app works it can save lots of time for me and other technicians as well. Thank You

I have an iPhone 12. I cannot log into the system. I input my information and once it logs in, it sends me back to the log in system . Please help
