I love this Bluetooth speaker it’s super fun to use but one time when I tried to play the music through bluetooth it didn’t work the lights I could control but the music it was just was playing out of my phone and I don't know how to fix this now.

App does not work

The app does not work on the iPhone X, even though it says it is compatible. When I open the app it automatically closes. I’ve tried uninstalling, reinstalling, shutting down my phone and it still doesn’t work. I can connect via Bluetooth but cannot control the lights.
Please fix. Thank you

It connects with my phone to play music but the app won’t connect right. I have to delete and re download app constantly for it to work so I can control the lights.
