THE WORST

If I could somehow give negative stars I would give negative 5. The fact that I have to give it a star to submit this is an insult to democracy.
I can never find my tickets, the purchase process is extremely poor. If all you are interested in is a news feed there is likely a less frustrating way to get it. Honestly it makes me want to stop going to games to have to interface with this app to get my tickets. If this even were to cost a penny I would not buy it. A more direct functional navigator pane would be a great start. One button that says “tickets”. Under that heading add one button for “buy tickets” one button for “here’s your tickets” one button for “here’s what we didn’t tell you about the ticket purchasing process sucker”.

The app is good for news about sports and to see twitter posts (that can already be seen on the twitter app). The process to buy student tickets for a sporting event through this app is terrible. If your account works, then you won’t have much of a problem. However, it is a slim chance that your account will actually work. If you have a Ticketmaster account already, be prepared for issues to arise. Terrible process and really disappointed in all of the issues.

It’s a great way to be kept up to date on sports news for my team!! But I’m a little disappointed that hey don’t have up cheer team on there. They are an amazing team and are fabulous. I’m waiting for them to be added to the app. Please!

Good app

Being a new app they need to fix a few bugs but it looks much better and is much easier to navigate than the old app. Being able to listen to Tom Leach call the games anywhere is awesome.
