Horrible Design

Unexpectedly cumbersome design from such a renowned university. Usually felt like I was tapping links in circles, with absolutely no clarification to distinguish pages or purpose. Additionally, what a horrible portal to use to access football tickets. The “My Tickets” tab is no longer existent, and to top it off there is no clear input place to log in/out of university accounts. All around a horribly-designed app that I imagine was rushed and implemented well before sufficient testing. I hope to see better from the University in the future.
App Doesn’t Work

Every time I open the app it says loading and then tells me I need an internet connection to use the app for the first time... but I am connected to wifi and every other app on my phone is working just fine. Even tried deleting and redone loading the app or shutting off my phone but all attempts were rendered useless. Seems to be a fairly common issue that someone needs to fix before football kicks off and we don’t have access to our tickets!!

Everything you need for the app state under one roof and love that you can stream local columbus radio when I can’t get a game on tv!

Clearly they don’t teach UI development at OSU. The app is hard to use and poorly designed. For instance, when looking at teams you have to scroll through the player numbers starting at 1. Who thought that was a good idea?!?! That is one issue of several. You should have hired me...
