OnShift Wallet for Pc

At first, I thought this app was amazing! It was helping me out between paychecks. Now to this current day, it will not like me do anything on it (transfer money). I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with someone, no answer. Seriously fed up with this app. It needs to be fixed and updated ASAP.

I used this service one time and it seemed ok now it’s nothing but a headache customer service is terrible u can only chat and u wait forever for someone to get back with u and now the account I used before it won’t let me use it again.

This app is garbage... keeps freezing, even after I power off my phone... throw the whole app away

I recently got a job that offers this app and so when my first paycheck came in, it wasn’t enough for what I needed. So I decided to use this app and have seen that I was offered $100 starting pay. I pulled $60 and because of the $5 fee, a total of $65 was pulled. This means I should have a remainder of $35 left. A few issues here, one, about a week after pulling $65, I decide I would like to pull my remaining $35. However, the app wouldn’t work. It would open up for me but when I would attempt to transfer the money, I would press on the correct keys, however, it was as if I was not clicking on anything at all. It just wouldn’t work. I logged out and logged back in, I deleted and re-downloaded the app. Nothing worked! I decided to reach out to customer service and through the app the only way to do so is through a live chat. I connect with someone and the customer service representative was fortunately quick with their responses however never answered my questions properly. I felt like I wasn’t talking to a “live” person. We go back and forth a bit in conversation and then i just stopped receiving responses. I waited almost 30 minutes before giving up and finally ending the chat. - - still frustrated; a couple days later I get paid. I log in to see what happened or if anything in the status has changed and noticed that my remaining total went from $35 to $9. HOW????! I was even more annoyed and created another live chat. The customer service representative who came on asked “how may I help you” and when I respond, I waited 20 minutes and still nothing. I assumed we may have lost connection (not from my end because I was still okay!) and I ended the chat and created another one. Same thing with the next representative. NO RESPONSE! I googled a customer service phone number for pay-active and after holding 30 minutes, I was sent to a voicemail. I am very frustrated with this application, annoyed with the customer service, and highly don’t recommend this app to anyone because of issues like this. Money i worked hard for just disappearing without my knowledge? I even checked pending, complete, and failed transactions to see if something was attempted and NOTHING! I would still appreciate help and will reevaluate my review once i do so. ——————— Update: My $35 reappeared at midnight.. still doesn't answer any of my other concerns though ! Please fix the issue fast. Thanks!
