This App makes you Rate it 5 stars in order to unlock “All” the pictures. Then when you try to download a picture the Choices pop up again-to Rate 5 stars or Purchase All Live Wallpapers for .99. After you make the purchase, when you press Download for any picture, you have to click Restore Purchase and it still won’t download the picture!
