Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Tiger Player"
The search will reveal the Tiger Player app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Tiger Player is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Tiger Player.

To use Tiger Player,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Tiger Player" » then Click "Install".
- Tiger Player will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
