Sooo Disappointed!!!

I was very excited to order 4 glasses, and I paid the extra $12 for expedited shipping. That's about $84 total. First of all, it took 4-5 days to even start shipping. Then it took 3 days to get here. Folks I know who ordered the same time without fast shipping got theirs sooner. Then, even after following directions and testing successfully, they did not light with touchdowns. A lot of money, just to feel cheated.

Worked for one week...

Bought two glasses, they worked for a week as long as I was holding the cup. (By the way, it’s a plastic cup, not a GLASS). If I put the cup on the table in front of me it would disconnect...if I walked to the other side of the room, it would disconnect. I got a notification saying that the app would be down for maintenance for a week and my cup hasn’t worked since. I want my money back. The product doesn’t do what it said it was going to do and it’s a complete ripoff. Sure it’s a novelty item but even novelty items should do what they say if you’re putting money down for it. Fool me once...

So far doesn't work

First week I had these cups they worked intermittently after disconnecting and reconnecting. Since the update though they don't work at all, both glasses connect and test just fine but first touchdown in week two nothing, I look at the app and the cups just randomly disconnected. Reconnected, tested and every subsequent touchdown for the rest of the game nothing happened and I had my phone right next to the cup. So far I'm very disappointed after spending $40 for 2 cups, I'm feeling ripped off and cheated.

Was told this was going to light up green when I set it up for the Champion Philadelphia Eagles scores a TD. Well, it does light up but only blue. No matter what team I try to sync it to follow, the color never changes. Maybe they will change this by the time we are defending the championship in September.
