Missing characters

***update since comment below - changed rating to 5. The developers answered and fixed the issue. Looks like my character was moved to another server less full. They were not deleted. I appreciate resolving the issue. Thank you I appreciate it! I love the game. I would give it 5 stars, however all my characters are all missing all of a sudden on US server S5. I hope I get them back or I'll have to delete the game. I exhausted too much time to start over. I have emailed the developers using the email address they have provided others in the reviews. I have also included my account they requested. No response from the developers. Please respond to the users instead of using a copy/paste response. I would love to see outfits and weapons change as you get gear, like in WOW and O&C. Having the same thing all the time is boring. And new gear isn't rewarding, because in a game like this visuals go a long way.
Game Play is Broken

The game is great until you reach level 90. Before 90 you can manually change your pvp status from all, guild, team, faction, peace, etc. you can CHOOSE to opt out if pvp. Once you reach level 90 that option goes away and even when set to peace mode other players that are not set to peace mode can attack and kill you. This combined with the small maps and the fact you’re limited on the amount of experience and gear you can attain per day means you will NEVER be able to catch up, let alone play on a level field with those players that pay real money to further their in game account. These pay to win players take delight in continually killing weaker players while the weaker players are questing. If you do not pay loads of real money for in game items, you will never stand a chance in this game and your weeks/months of grinding will still see you getting continually crushed by the pay to win players. Horrible system greatly entices you to spend money to catch up to the other spenders. A simple change of not forcing you into pvp at level 90 would greatly increase the quality of game play.

This game is incredible! Just a few ideas though; maybe make it so that flying mounts can soar, dive and have more animations. Just the one flight animation for every direction gets a little stiff. And instead of flight arrows can you make it so the mounts fly where the camera is looking? It kinda does that already but only when the camera looks at a 90 degree angle up or down. And turning animations would be nice. And maybe make it possible to land and walk with the flying mounts. Basically just some new flight animations and controls. And a preview for all mounts would be useful. There are previews for some mounts but not others so I don’t know how to get some of them. It would be nice if the mount preview told the player how to earn the mount. That’s about it. Thank you for listening!
Review update

Some balances and functions have been improved. Now all U.S servers have been merged so at time of this review the game fells more populated. Game still needs some improvements. The number one problem is that new players can not catch up to old players. New players have no chance of winning against old players like myself. I can kill them with one hit and they can not grow fast enough to ever really catch me or others. So new players are doomed to lose and the same old #1 players stay #1. This could be fixed by making it easier to max upgrades so new players can catch up in stats. They also need to finish adding all the new content from updates and make all mounts available. But over all the gameplay has improved some but needs some work. Unfortunately promised events and content promised I. Updates are lies and some things are scams that cost money and do nothing.
