Great Start

At least it's not a hackathon project. This is a day one app that does something! ;) Seriously though, the app is a great start. The UI is a bit too small on smaller devices (iPhone SE). Video lags, it would be much better to capture the video first and then post process the video after being captured. That would ensure the frame rate is real time.
