Great idea, poor execution

The app is SO SLOW! I’ll click on a celebrity profile and 45 seconds later it will open. Extremely slow loading videos or anything else. Also, what is up with the search feature?? It’s so difficult to find anyone you want- you have totally irrelevant people showing up in searches, and if I search “comedian” like 10 people will show up but then if I search “comedianS” 100 come up. Very poor design as far as searching for and finding the people you want. Also, instead of showing prices in dollars, it shows it in coins that you have to purchase, and you can never purchase the exact amount you need for that person, so it cons you into spending more money than the video costs and having left over “coins” so you’re encouraged to spend it, thus buying more coins. The coin thing makes it feel scammy and low-brow. That being said, the idea is great and makes for a really cool gift. Just fix the app and the weird coin system.

As a puppeteer we need to see everything that the camera records. Using the camera on this app it crops off some of the video. When watching the final product I can see my arm in the video when it was not showing while filming. It’s because the video does not fit for iPhone XS Max and it’s frustrating. The video should be shrunk to fit any screen size not be cropped off so you aren’t sure if it’s out of the shot or not.

You know sometimes you just wish you had fame or that you knew people that were relevant and people that are generally at the top and this is the best app to literally get in contact with them. Think of it like Snapchat except u can Snapchat almost anyone and they gotta do what you say lol pretty cool. I hope this app doesn’t get bigger it’s almost like it’s better off being a tiny app because cmon who tf doesn’t want a shout-out from their fav celeb or someone famous just so you can rub it people’s faces? Love the app!

It came right down to the wire on the deadline for a reply so I was thinking he was too busy to get it done, but he came through fantastically. His this app was everything I hoped for: kind, encouraging, supportive, and I KNOW it’s just going to be an incredible experience for my daughter and her best friend (and all their friends who watch it) to get to hear from him personally.
