What is GO / Taxi app? The GO app is a taxi-hailing app that allows users to quickly and easily request a taxi from affiliated companies such as former MOV and JapanTaxi. The app offers a cashless payment option and allows users to schedule taxis in advance using AI Reservation. Users can also select the type of vehicle they want to ride in and take advantage of new services such as Airport Flat-rate and GO PREMIUM.
1. ・Estimated taxi arrival time are estimates at that point in time, and may change depending on traffic conditions, etc.
2. ・We may not be able to request a taxi if there are no taxis available in the area.
3. Airport Flat-rate does not require advance reservations and can be used similarly to calling a normal taxi.
4. A service that provides a flat rate fare between a specified locations such as your home, hotel, station, or travel destination and the airport.
5. For example, you can select vehicle with a sliding door that makes it easy to get on and off even when you have large luggage, or a vehicle with crew members who have undergone wheelchair-adaptive training.

7. Currently supported boarding locations are from Chiyoda-ku, Minato-ku*, Shinjuku-ku*, Shibuya-ku, and Chuo-ku (Ginza area only) in Tokyo.
8. Other vehicles are limited to certain areas, with plans for expansion.
9. These taxis will have high priority so that you can board around your specified date and time.
10. ・Due to traffic conditions and other circumstances, the vehicle may be canceled once it has been requested.
11. Currently supporting: boarding from Tokyo – Haneda/Narita Airport (Tokyo – Narita is only transfer to the airport).
