This game is very addictive. Be careful with what you spend because you can spend all your money. Also, take pictures of your screen every time you have any issue and every time you sign on. You will need those pictures to prove issues you have with the game, because there is a lot. Our alliance reported racism in the game by a player and nothing was done. So expect anything from the different players as the game devs do not care. ALWAYS SCREENSHOT IN GAME. When you hit a certain point of spending money they deem you VIP. Then when you hit another point of spending, you are another type of VIP. VIP is supposed to help with problems with the game and any suggestions you may have. It doesn’t and is a waste. It takes now four days to have any reply to any issues. And then the reply is something you have done wrong even when you provide proof. Be careful when you participate in cumulative purchases for rewards ie carriers, aircraft, as in if it doesn’t work and you don’t receive, they don’t care. Do not expect any assistance from the game customer service. When you do need help, just request refunds from the platform you used to purchase or don’t waste your time. If you read this entire review then by now you will see it’s probably not a good idea to download.

I love the game. Been playing it for about a month now, and I enjoy playing it since it reminds me of Mafia City and other empire games like that. However, there are things to address before getting the game. You can’t view another person’s profile by clicking on their chat bubble. You literally NEED to find their base to chat with them. If you try to click the chat bubble to talk, it will load for about 30 seconds and still not pull up the player profile. Next, there isn’t any way to make group chats. Then there is the issue that your old messages disappear when other messages fill up the screen and there is no way to recover the conversation. At least that I know of. Last thing for chat is the translations. The translation do a great and get all the words correct. But it doesn’t do apostrophes. So you would type “I’ll” but it would come out as I#3ell. Other than the basic issues. It is still a great game. Lots of events daily and many nice people. I recommend and hope the developers can fix these little issues.

This is the craziest game I have come across! Why cause in order to compete you need to spend lots of cash! Those who don’t get brush off with we are sorry for the inconvenience but next time send us prove by attaching a photo Etc! Please let us know how we can better the gaming experience we always look forward into hearing it!!! Really ? When those who spend money receive vip statues to go to there page and contact them directly ha ha! You can’t advance with spending money ! Events are made so you come within reach but don’t win anything you have to spend money for! When the game crash and you lose gold they compensate you with trash and tell you we can’t refund you cause we send you something ha ha ha really basically they run the show I can go on cause there is more and trust me I’m not the only person who feels this way it’s just that many have invested so they bite there tongues afraid they will lose it all that isn’t a game anyone would enjoy! Until those like my self who have written reviews update them with news of changes made overall and how great the game has gotten for everyone thank you for your time

Is this a great game? - yes. Have the developers gotten greedy and completely walked away from customer service and being mindful of player experience - totally! If you aren’t spending enough money you will be targeted by the developer player teams in order to push you to spend on additional items and upgrades. These teams have unlimited resources and always have new equipment and items before they are available to the masses. I recently also had an incident where I spent a large amount of in game currency yet never received what I purchased and after a week of back and forth and them even sending me a screen shot of the purchase on their end they refuse to provide the item or refund the amount spend. Additionally the timeframe of this game is setup to benefit of eastern hemisphere players. Most events and major battles occur in the middle of the night so if you live in the Western Hemisphere you are asleep or having to stay up all night to participate or defend yourself. Again this highly benefits the China based developer teams.
