1. The maps, tours and audio can be easily downloaded when you are at home or in hotel (you need 500mb of free space and a stable wifi connection) and then used offline during your city tours.

2. IMPORTANT: you may need up to 15 mins and a stable WiFi to download the encyclopedic content of our app.

3. Once you opened the app, choose the language you need and proceed with the download.

4. Audio should be listened in your regular call mode or with the head speakers.

5. The app contains over 12 hours of audio, 138 monuments and places of interest.

6. Please regulate the volume of the audio with the respective buttons of your smartphone.

7. Please download it with the instructions you have been given in the email sent to you.

8. It is currently available in English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, French and Chinese.

9. For most of the functions of our app there is no need for internet connection.
