Awful print quality wont scan

the app scanned on the iPad retina screen but when printed with both LaserJet and InkJet, neither will scan. What is the point if you cannot print the the app.

Generates a bar code but not possible to save input or create a library. Also the logo is just depressing. Am deleting it for that reason alone. Bought another app.
