This app was good after it switched from flipagram but now I had all my videos deleted I didn’t save because I thought they would be safe. I now can only use 7 pictures at a time and the video last 15seconds barley!! Do not waste any time getting this app. It is terrible and every update they do it seems to delete all the old videos I had videos from my nephews birth I always put together I new one every year on his birthday of pics taken up from his last birthday to the next! He will be 9 this year and I’ve lost all those old videos for him to make a big one once he graduated high school! I had some of my pregnancy as well and my grandpaw befor ehe died! Shame on y’all! Do not I repeat do not get this app unless you like losing videos and memories and using 7pics that’s only 15seconds long for the entire video and you can’t do any more than that!!!!! No choice to give you a star but if I did it would be negative stars if I could!!!!😡
Love it but only 1 problem

This app is easy to use, it gives you thousands of different kinds of videos and is simply fun and exciting to see how far your own videos go. My only problem with this app is that the flames don’t make sense. I have a video that has 435 likes, 12 comments, and 11 shares, but I have no flames. But I have a video with 2 likes, no comments and no shares and it has 17flames? How do I fix this??
Updated from a good app to the worst

Flipagram used to be the only app i use to make videos, i made alot of videos and saved them in the app as private videos,THEN they did an update from flipagram to this app and it was the worst , now u can only make a 15 second video, so i hated it and stopped using it , then today i wanted to download one of the videos i made and saved as private , but I couldn’t find anything , this stupid app who was once a great app deleted my private videos, thank u so much creators of this app for deleting most of my great memories.
My videos are gone

I went back to the app long after Flipagram was bought out. Although my public Flipagrams are there, all of my private ones aren’t there. Customer support talked to me every few weeks and now I’m left on read in the conversation. 🙃 There goes my memories... also I’m tired of being spammed notifications from strangers I don’t know. There’s also a huge problem with spam bots and pr0n accounts.
