- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Where is app support?

The app had worked well until recently when I saw that I had not gotten my rewards. I have tried to straighten out the problem via app support, which was a joke, and the restaurant, which didn’t know what to do. this app doesn’t have a customer service number and I haven’t gotten any response to email inquiries.

Horrible experience

As you wait in the Farmburger line they bombard you with signs to download the app. But I downloaded the app, ordered with it, and the manager told me I had to leave and could not eat my food in the restaurant. She could not be reasoned with. Farmburger was one of my favorite restaurants in Asheville but after the experience and her rudeness, I’m sad to say I won’t be coming back.

Faulty tracking

All was great. I think was was completing the farmhand reward level, then the next time I opened the app, I was back t grasshopper.
It’s been at least 3 months and it’s still isn’t fixed.
I’ve reported to this app, and they keep saying they’re still working on it.
