What is Trees & shrubs? Trees and Shrubs is an app that helps users identify 319 trees and shrubs, both native and introduced to Europe. The app includes photos of the whole tree, leaves, flowers, fruits or seeds, and trunk or bark for each species. The app also includes an assistant that allows users to select criteria such as the shape or structure of the leaves, flowers, and fruits to reduce the search to a limited number of species. The app also includes a distribution map in Europe for each species, a list view by name, Latin name, or both family and name, and by groups. Users can also write personal notes for each species, export, save or share notes by email, and create a list of favorite species.
