Within the first few minutes of the game you are given multiple choice questions one of them reads as follows: “10/11. The night when you were supposed to have sex for the first time, she changed her mind right before it was supposed to happen. What was your reaction?” The options were: “I persisted and got her to agree.” “I backed down and remained a virgin.” “I tried talking to her and offered her gifts.” Choosing option 2 (I.e. the only option that doesn’t require the use of applying manipulation and pressure to get someone to have sex when they’ve already said no) gets you “coward points.” When the developers were contacted directly about how troubling it was they declared people offended needed to “just get a sense of humor.” Gross. Don’t support this type of garbage in tech or anywhere else.
