Easy to use. Worked pretty well.
By benski57 (Pcmac user)
Update: contacted customer support. Responded quickly. Had to do a hard reset of the batteries. That resolved the issue for me. Working again as it did before the update.
Worked great all last year. Latest update a few weeks ago broke it. Won’t reconnect to units after you turn them off and back on unless you delete them from the app and re add them again. Basically the blue tooth function with the app is effectively now broken. Disappointed. Now having to use them manually like the non Bluetooth version.

Disconnects during the ski day
By Andra34550 (Pcmac user)
I have used this for two days with my new batteries. It works fine when I originally pair them, but then at lunch it says the batteries have disconnected, even though they have never been more than 5 feet from my iPhone XS. Had to reconnect and reset them at lunch both days and then when I got back from my ski day today, they had disconnected again. GRR, great idea, very buggy execution.

No battery level indicator

There doesn’t appear to be any way to know how charged our battery is... plus the Bluetooth constantly disconnects.

App does not work well at all
By Corbie1224 (Pcmac user)
Have to repeatedly turn heaters on and off as well as restart iPhone X to get the heaters to connect via Bluetooth. Really annoying especially considering cost. No excuse
