If you want to install and use the Jurassic World™ Alive app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use Jurassic World™ Alive for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: Jurassic World™ Alive for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Jurassic World™ Alive in the search bar and press Search. Click on Jurassic World™ Alive application icon. A window of Jurassic World™ Alive on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the Jurassic World™ Alive icon. Click on it and start using the application.

Step 4: Jurassic World™ Alive for Mac OS

Hi. Mac user!

  • Pretty Decent Game

In my opinion I would have to say this game is a good competitor to Pokémon Go. This game has pretty good graphics as well as very nice game mechanics. It’s capture system feels more fun and interactive through its dart system as well as the fact that most dinosaurs are already visible and can be walked to. It very pleasant to always get a free supply drop as it keeps you dart supply going. The supply drops outside of the free one are very common and give you up to 2 drops in 15 minutes (if you watch a small 30 second video). You don’t have to hit very many drops to sustain your darts as it’s probably the only resource you have to manage. I also enjoy the combat of the game. The game gives you the option to battle other players without having to leave home which I believe is an improvement because the game doesn’t restrict you entirely to leaving your house. I’d also like to state that the add campaign in the game can be worked to your advantage as completing small challenges on other apps can earn you quick bucks in game as well as the 30 second videos that are available after you grab a supply drop for the first time that allow you to grab the drop a second time. All and all I think this is a pretty good game and would recommend it to a friend. However, not all experiences are the same so I can’t say to avoid the game through bugs and such because I haven’t experienced any.
  • More Addicting Than Pokemon Go!

I’ve been in love with dinosaurs since i was just a little child. Ive watched every Jurassic Park movie over and over again and that just really kindled my love for dinosaurs. This game is not only addicting but its actually full of things to do. This game has great mechanics for the dino battling system that actually makes you really think how you will make your team. It isnt just go for the strongest because there are others things to consider like their shield, speed and critical hit chance that can make this game very diverse in the battling section. In the roaming section, this game masters. You have a drone this time (in game) that you use to shoot darts and dinos you find in the world to make that dinosaur. You can level them up to increase their health and damage as well as combining certain dinos together to make hybrids which is not a chance you get that often might i add. This game makes you feel so rewarded for getting epic and rare dinosaurs in your world its just so addicting. Finally, the incubator and cash system. People may think having micro-transactions in this would make it easy to level up and do better. Maybe, but i never felt like i needed to do it because the game gives you cash by doing challenges and finding supply drops around the world which are so easy to find. So, overall, this game is awesomely balanced and just a very big treat for dinosaur fans.
  • Good game, but could use some improvements.

First of all, on the surface this game may seem like a Pokémon go knockoff. This is not the case. Admittedly, the walking around to find different creatures and spin stops is very similar to Pokémon go. That is where the similarities end. In Jurassic World Alive, you don’t catch dinosaurs, you use a drone to get DNA from them to synthesise your own version, evolve it, or make a hybrid of it. There are only three resources to keep track of in JW Alive-DNA Probes, Coins and Cash. In JW Alive, you can attempt to get DNA from a dinosaur that is a little bit away, but your drone starts with less power-so you have less time to collect the DNA. Also, the developers very much care about the feedback and are very responsive to any issues you may have. My only major issue is with the DNA probes. They seem on the surface like “stamina” or “energy” from many other Free-to-Play games where they will fill up your meter while you are offline. This is not the case. You can have well over 100 probes stocked up, but they are capped and they are the most useful thing in the game and it is not uncommon to use 10 of them per dinosaur encounter. You can get a few back by spinning the stops, but only 5, 10, or 15. And 5 is understandably the most common one to get. My suggested fix: Either remove the cap to number of probes, increase it significantly, or give them a auto-recharge so your stock of them gets filled up while you are offline.
  • Not A Pokémon Go Ripoff

I went into this game with low expectations as I expected it to be a knockoff version of Pokémon Go, but wow was I wrong! This game is incredibly fun, and (Niantic, listen up!) fixes a LOT of what’s wrong/frustrating with PoGo. What’s most frustrating about PoGo for me is the lack of pokestops/gyms to interact with, even though I live in the suburbs of a major capital city in the US. After I moved out of Manhattan, it stopped being fun. But with JWA, there’s so much to interact with! There are LOTS of supply drops (essentially a DinoStop) dotted all over residential neighborhoods, unlike PoGo. You also don’t have to be RIGHT NEXT to a Dino to catch it, although the closer you are the better your chances. You can also look around the map and see Dino’s in the distance you want to go after so you know where to go! There’s also a crazy fun battle feature, log in bonuses, and a good amount of proximity spawns/events that make me want to keep logging in and playing. There’s also no speedlock, so if you’re a passenger on a road trip, or even commuting to work on a bus/train, you can still play which is fantastic! The only thing I wish was different: I want to be able to nickname my dinosaurs!! I hope that comes in a later update. Otherwise, keep going, game developers! You did a fantastic job and brought the joy back to a style of game that’s been long missing from Pokémon Go.

I really enjoy this game, but more than once I’ve had to close the app and stop playing because of silly little glitches that really affect the playability that get very frustrating in clinch moments. If while I’m battling another player and someone texts me, my phone battery “20%” or “10%” alert pops up, my phone goes into hibernate if I haven’t touched the screen in a certain number of seconds, basically any pop-up or alert or anything that momentarily interrupts gameplay, the buttons that dictate what you’re next move will be stop working. You can tap the buttons as many times as you want frantically hoping that you can select a move, any move, before the timer runs out is pointless. You have to immediately double tap the home screen and close the app and relaunch it as fast as you can, which will usually be just long enough for you to get your butt whipped and lose the match. That’s the fix I was given by the support team. Close the app and relaunch it. Well, in a game that is time based, it’s not always a satisfactory fix. I’ve also encountered some dinosaurs that by having them on your “strike team” you are unable to select any moves when they are up to fight because when you try to touch an attack button, you end up opening up the info screen that tells you what their moves and move stats are, so you just have to let them get pummeled until you can select another dino. Again, tiny improvements that would vastly increase enjoyment of the game for me. I would also suggest that more frequently the locations of supply drops and dinos change. If a player doesn’t have the opportunity to go drive around town to visit areas with different dinos, it would be nice if their locations got shuffled up as to keep the game interesting for everyone and give everyone an equal chance to play events and climb the ranks.

This game is not only educational, it’s also insanely fun! At first I I wasn’t sure what the game was going to be about, but I really enjoyed the experience of having battles.. I’d say it’s better than Pokémon go. I also enjoy the chess like similarities in this game because it’s about tactics. This game is really worth your time! Unlike playing Choices, another game through apple apps, I found that it was much easier to play this game without spending an enormous amount of money. Thanks and kudos dudes!

  • DNA taken away

I fused dna and it gave me a negative dna response, haven’t been getting all the dna caught, lost 3 catches on T. rex and Spinosaur and another on grypsosuchus, and then game freezes in the middle of strike events and took twice as much cash when I tried to reattempt. Overall would have been fun, but am losing patience and will to play. Going to start cheating like everyone else as it’s the only way to keep up and try to get the trophies and take part in the tournaments.
