Game problems

I like the game, but have a problem with support. Have sent 2 emails concerning coins. I purchased coins but they were never credited to the game. I have been charged for them, but they never appeared. As I said I sent 2 emails, but no response. Support by Ninja is non existent.
This was sent to you in February and you are just getting around to answering. This is what is wrong with your customer support
