Music won’t turn off and I can’t listen to audio of examples because of it.

It’s important to fix this because we can’t hear the example when the music isn’t able to be turned off. I even changed the settings for the music to be off but it still won’t shut off.

The music won’t stop playing. Turned it off in the app settings and it still plays. Renders the app’s audio portions useless because you can’t hear them over the music.

I really love the app! It’s cute, simple, and really helpful! However, I was using an offline ID and one day it logged me out when I entered in the app and I lost all of my progress. Is there a way to recover it back or maybe transfer it to a more secure account such as google sign-in?

I have been trying for so long to create an account. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app like 10 times and even restarted my phone. My teacher told us to get the app and gives assignments from here so this is a huge inconvenience. The page where you choose how you want to sign up won’t stop loading. I’ve tried all four choices and I get the same loading icon and I can’t move on. Please help.
