Pretty awesome.

The app can be improved in some informational aspects (i.e. when it opens/closes and dates that it is opened/closed). The trolley itself is super convenient and fun to ride. The drivers are really kind and the experience is awesome. I would say this from experience because I ride the trolley every weekday from stop 1 to stop 11 (a pretty long ride) so I would be able to know all of the ups and downs to this system. There are many ups and very little downs. The only thing I wish the this app had was bike racks.

You can walk there just as fast

I tried to take the Trolley yesterday, after being passed by a full trolley I decided to walk, even though I was 3 miles from home. I walked as far as the next stop, and decided to try to catch a trolley again. One stopped, and some people who had left at the stop when I decided to walk were on it. They said they had been passed by two full trolleys. At this point, I had been trying to get home for over 30 minutes. By the time I finally got home it was over an hour from the time I started out, and I could have easily walked the whole distance in that time! With the free trolley, you definitely get what you pay for! Thanks, but no thanks, I'll just ride my bike in future!
