Install Owt - The Party App! app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Owt on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Owt"
- The search will reveal the Owt - The Party App! app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Owt is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Owt.
- Now enjoy Owt on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Owt,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Owt" » then Click "Install".
- Owt - The Party App! will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

can't believe there isn't another app like this, where has this been all my life especially when i first transferred to this college and didn't know anyone, this would have been so useful! it's led me to some awesome parties and has really streamlined my nights considering i always know what's going on because of this awesome app! also it's super easy to use and really well designed, it's gonna be as big as uber that's how great the idea is!

This app has changed the game when inviting friends to parties and finding parties. My favorite feature is that it is linked to Facebook and you can invite specific friend groups, just girls, or just guys with the press of one button . My social life has been way more fun with this new app!
