Scam! STAY AWAY.

Stay away! I never write reviews for anything - but the app is extremely misleading in terms of payments. Even after receiving the most generic response from Lauren (who is supposedly a crystal healer) - I received a reading regarding a tarot card. Not what I had asked for, and not what she had advertised as her area of specialty; therefore, I was charged $25 for a nonsense reading which didn’t address any of the questions I had for the psychic. Furthermore, i then canceled the app subscription and after sending a second message to the same psychic, I was then charged an additional $4.99, yet the psychic doesn’t respond! STAY AWAY people. This app is a scam and the developers should be ashamed at how they misleadingly charge people. I was charged an additional $4.99 to ask what the relevancy of the answer by this “psychic” was, and I didn’t receive a response. Waste of money and time.

There is SO much wrong with this app! First off after I typed the app question and hit send the app message would mysteriously disappear. It took many tries of retyping and sending for it to actually send. Then they took days to respond when they finally did respond the one “psychic” named Virginia called me Amanda and that’s not the app name. I told her the app name right from the get go. Then the Anthony guy responded and he was acting like I am a male and acted as if the man I was questioning about is female! It is the other way around and it is obvious by our names and how I worded the app questions! Don’t give your money to this app! I also tried to email the developers about these issues and never received a reply. I really want a refund but know that I’ll never get that money back. VERY Disappointed! The Yodha app is much better and much cheaper! They also have fast responses and it’s not glitchy like this app.

Some of the advisors are wonderful, fast insightful and accurate. I like that there’s in option to delete a question if u wait too long. However I was disappointed few times after waiting for a reply that the advisor would just refund the app message because “ too many chats not enough time”! I was then left with a credit and had to resort to whoever was available rather than the psychic would preferred. There should be a turnaround time added for an answer

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. The price isn’t a good reflection on the quality of customer service. I asked a question 3 days ago and it still hasn’t been answered. If someone is paying almost $32 a month then their time should be taken more seriously. Not only that when I asked the app question I provided names dates places and birthdays and a day later I was asked “what’s your boyfriend name and where is he from” I ALREADY TOLD YOU. I will not be renewing this subscription. It’s been 3 days since the app last question and I’m sure she is going to come back and ask a question like last time delaying a reading. When I sent an email in regards to this situation the app email was delivered because the email address you all provide doesn’t even work. So thankfully the app bank was understanding and I got the app money back. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
