1. The primary NBEO exam includes three parts: Applied Basic Science (I), Patient Assessment and Management (II) and Clinical Skills (III).

2. This part asks 500 questions on epidemiology, patient history, symptoms, pathophysiology, clinical testing and diagnosis.
