  • It just works

What a gem! This app sets itself far above the rest. Musicians, music enthusiasts, and all the rest of you need not question if this app is worth the price of a coffee. Especially the ones with trouble outwardly admitting you’ve wanted to learn to play piano for a very long time but have not yet discovered an app both intuitive and simple enough to open a second time. Amazingly enough, with the hundreds of entities in this App Store claiming their solution is your answer, here you are still in search of one that will actually work for you. I’m happy to tell you these developers had you in mind so get all that clutter off of your piano you haven’t played yet, open this app and see what happens. Warning: make sure the cat is out of the way before you kick the piano bench out from under yourself.
  • Great Sound. Great Graphics.

Lovely to watch and to listen. Wish they didn’t have a subscription, but it would be worth it.
  • Update a step backward.

    By Richkwik (Pcmac user)

I have enjoyed this app for quite some time and liked the fact I could add MIDI files from other sources to the library. After this last update it appears you can only do that if you are willing to pay via the subscription. I guess I should have known that the original “free” version was too good to be true. Also, you now have to pay to hook up your MIDI keyboard. If you still have the original version . . . Don’t upgrade!
  • Good!

    By Lrjv (Pcmac user)

Nice concept, beautiful piano visuals. It would be nice to have more documentation - e.g., how can a midi file be imported in a way that the app will recognize right and let hands, etc. Also, some suggestions: there is a tempo adjuster; how about adding a key/pitch adjuster? And, is there a way to toggle a metronome click? How about a playlist option? And support for split screen on the iPad?
