Software Features and Description

1. Connect Blue allows Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi members to connect with a Wellness Coach via video chat for scheduled follow-up appointments.

2. To use Connect Blue, you must allow access to your camera and microphone for the duration of the chat.

3. •When a participant disconnects from the video chat, you will see a screen indicating your session has ended and the camera and microphone are no longer connected.

4. •When you and your Wellness Coach are both connected to the video chat, a screen will appear with both participants.

5. •Log in to Connect Blue with your myBlue Username and Password or enable Touch ID.

6. Please note, using Connect Blue may result in data charges from your carrier.

7. •Download the Connect Blue app from the App Store.

8. You will select your appointment to begin the video chat session.

9. •Your app home page will show your scheduled appointments.

10. These will be automatically disconnected at the end of the call.

Install Connect Blue app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Using Connect Blue on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Connect Blue"
The search will reveal the Connect Blue app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Connect Blue is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Connect Blue.
Now enjoy Connect Blue on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Connect Blue,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Connect Blue" » then Click "Install".
- Connect Blue will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
