- Constantly requires reauthentication with username, password, and CAPTCHA.

Total junk how does Samsung not read these reviews and not fix the problem if I would of seen this prior to my purchase I would of gone wolf or some other brand that cares about its customers. To spend the crazy amount they want for a package 22k to 40k and sell a smart home image and not have a working app??? It’s total crap I still haven’t been able to sign in to my fridge, hood, stove it doesn’t work.

Difficult to navigate. Constantly wants me to reauthenticate my account by putting in my user name password and long CAPTCHA while trying to navigate and connect appliances. Constantly has issues connecting to the server. We spent over $30,000 on “smart” appliances and don’t use the features because it’s too annoying. Very cumbersome to use. Not happy at all.
Left on a trip. IQ kitchen no longer works!

So I get a message to tell me to use SmartThings. Isn’t that great! Except that I’m not home, and I can’t add my devices to SmartThings while on the road. I guess I am just out of luck, until I get back home, delete this app, and set up SmartThings. You think the authors would know that people can be in a situation like mine? No, I guess not.

It’s unfortunate that people probably don’t think to check out the app prior to buying any appliance the app is supposed work with. It would be a deal breaker. 1) I should not have to verify with captcha for every login. Utterly ridiculous. 2) I should be able to stay logged in and not be subjected to entering a password AND captcha every time I open the app. I have not even tried to connect any appliances. If we had bought all the app/Samsung appliances, I would be considering returning them. Stupid stupid stupid programming. PS-Don’t bother with app support.
