Unprofessional and worse customer service

People working at this app are not professional. They do not respect people times. Delivery is 2 hours late after the agreed time. The people who answer the phone have no knowledge. I kept called when my order was an hour late, and when finally a person answered he said the order is on the way. It turned out that the order was not prepared yet and needed another 2 hours. When I cancelled my order they wouldn’t refund my money for 3-4 days. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
