Typical government app not really what the consumer needs

Terrible for a first timer. Ask someone rather than use the app for information.
Make a link or button for first time users. Make a short list of what to do in layman’s terms.
A quick search line to input a train station that will then pop up on the map showing where that station is would be helpful.
A button to click “find me” which shows your phone location on a map and the closest station to you.
A map/directions feature to input a station and it will show you on the map with a route to that station.

This app does have all the stuff it says it does but there is a lot of room for improvement. Some parts are buggy but five stars as it hasn’t been a big deal for me personally.

Don’t bother with this app.

The Bus section doesn’t give you any useful information at all. The app map doesn’t show you where you are. Try looking up a 2A bus to see when it’s arriving at your stop. All you get is a bunch of information you don’t need. Try looking up the intersection where you’re waiting for a bus. Don’t bother. Pass this app up in search of a better one.

Clean but useless

Even after paying for an increased functionality this app is less than mediocre. Don’t waste your time. Very little detail, shuts off constantly, and after giving it a chance and paying for the location function the app got even worse.
