Install Health Sync for Fitbit Lite app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Health Sync on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Health Sync"
- The search will reveal the Health Sync for Fitbit Lite app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Health Sync is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Health Sync.
- Now enjoy Health Sync on PC.

Issues & not worth it...

1) App transferred my weight incorrectly. It converted it to kilograms but listed my weight as being pounds. Granted, it correctly converted it, but there’s a huge difference between the two.
2) It simply added my steps from Fitbit to the ones my the app app caught. That doesn’t keep things accurate, but it’s an easy fix - I could simply turn off step tracking on the the app app.
3) there’s no background sync even in the paid version. That’s a deal breaker for me. For that alone, I’m deleting the app.

All it did was sync my data so far. It seems to be a good app if it does what it says it will.
