Install Scouter for Super Saiyan app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

This app is fun.
Needs improvements, but it’s off to a nice start. Maybe add a video recording option? And add a motion sensor to the little circle (so it locks onto the person/animal). Not sure how you can make the letters change as you look around.....
Please add a “no ads” option.
