I have played all of the the app games, but the first one has always been my favorite and continues to be. Since its been years since I first played it, it was great to play again as it was like playing it for the first time because I couldn’t remember how to solve most of the puzzles. If you like adventure games, like Myst, with places to explore and puzzles to solve, you will like this. I highly recommend it.

game loads and immediately goes dark, only the app i in screen. nothing happens. would like my money back

Running on a MacBook Pro. App loads, takes over the screen, all goes dark, a 4x3 rectangle of white, about half the size of the screen, appears very briefly, then the screen goes dark again. And stays that way until you quit the app. Get it working, and I will most certainly buy it again, but right now I want my money back.
