Install Lights Switch app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Lights Switch"

I like how simple the app is… but I wish it worked more consistently. Many times it says “device unreachable”, but it’s definitely reachable by other apps. I hope some updates will remediate the issue.

It works pretty ok, but adjusting brightness is a big problem for this app as it keeps resetting back to whatever the brightness was for the bulb initially. Changing colors on a singular bulb to bulb basis is pretty simple, but nothing obviously stands out for groups of bulbs or formulas.

Seems to work. A few quirks where the light switch is not correct. Can’t figure out how to rename a device, i.e. philips hue bulb.

Bought the application because it claimed to control WEMO devices. So so far it hasn’t recognized a single one of my 11 WEMO devices, It recognized 3 of my Hue devices. It was a waste of money.
