Can't get customer support to respond

After starting up the app it made me create a new account. I messaged customer support in game, filled out a form on the website, emailed the support address, and even had my guild submit a ticket as well. This was 5 days ago and still nothing. They clearly don't care about keeping paying customers. It's a fun game, I just wish I could play it.
Update: it has now been 9 days trying to get in touch with tech support via email, the form on the website, and in game support messages. I send one of each every day. I just want my account back. Between my google play account and my Game Center account I have spent quite a lot of money on the game and I just want my account back. If someone that works for the company sees this please help me.

Literally the exact same game as Super Evolution with worse graphics...at least there's some original art and name changes so it's not so close to Pokémon. But seriously, even the loading screen is the same? All you did was change the colors. I hope at least you'll come out with some more original character art instead of a color change/slight design modification. Honestly, the original art is very nice. Gameplay is ok but it's again a complete copy of Super Evolution, complete with spelling errors.

So the game is awesome and really fun and there’s a community that have been playing this for years,But about a month ago the game basically died, there’s no events anymore and really nothing to do and the developers don’t even respond to anybody anymore, sadly it seem like this game is dead. We could honestly do without any updates but the events are a must and without them there’s really no point
