NO VIDEO!!!!

I’m am so aggravated!!! I got this app because it says Photo and “Video!” I’ve been looking for a video blurring app for so long and I finally thought this is it, BUT NO!!!! I like the different modes but please either write back to me an app that does do video blurring or add it in your app, and if you don’t add it in your app than don’t lie in your title.
